Do my clients need to download PAID in order to pay me or receive invoices?

No, they don’t! We aim to make this as simple as possible for you and your clients! Clients pay you directly through a link that is sent along with the invoice and does not require an app download.

Can I charge my overseas client with PAID?

Yes, you can! We accept most major forms of payments commonly used throughout the world, such as international Visa, Mastercard as well as local Indonesian E-Wallets.

How much will PAID charge me?

PAID merchant fee is minimal. We only charge 3.5% + Rp. 2,000 per transaction.

When can I transfer the money in the app to my bank?

As soon as your client completes the payment, you can access the money whenever you like with a bank transfer fee of Rp. 5,500 per transaction.

What is Merchant Services Registration?

Merchant Services Registration is a way for us to verify your identity. You only need to upload your selfie and an ID. Business Tax ID is optional.

Do I have to sign up for Merchant Services Registration (MSR)?

Signing up for MSR is optional. If you only plan to send invoices, you do not need to sign up. However, MSR is required if you plan to request and collect direct payments from your clients.

How long does it take to be approved for Merchant Services Registration?
